They booked us à room next to construction we did not sleep . Wen we complained next day They moves us to à smaller room when we asked for à compensation after à while They afreed and give us two dollar discount ... Staff does not speak english and where not flexibele For me not à Four star hotel

Nice location near the lake and a short walk to the center of town. New building, with potential if they made the effort. Great breakfast, and friendly staff.

Very cold. They only give out heaters in winter, and March/April with 10 Celsius at night is not considers cold enough. Water pressure is weak if you want a hot shower. Because of the cold bathroom a lot of condensation gives a rotten smell. Some staff was lying to us about Internet not working because they are replacing the routers (we located and reset the router ourselves, and they admired they lied to avoid problems).

The location near the lake is a real highlight, with stunning views from the rooms. The spacious bathroom and room are also a plus, providing plenty of space to relax. The breakfast provided a decent variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The lack of proper air conditioning or heating meant that the room was prone to feeling damp and musty.

Our Easter stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to have an early check-in and a late check-out. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the spacious room with a beautiful view. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and surrounded by picturesque views of the mountains.

We did experience some discomfort during our stay. The room was quite chilly, and the small heater provided was unable to warm the space adequately.

This hotel had a great location, as it was situated close to many restaurants and cafes. my room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The staff were polite and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had during my stay.

The breakfast offered was quite basic and did not have many options for Westerners. Finally, the Wi-Fi was not very strong and was only accessible from the lobby.
